Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 185°F (85°C) to keep cooked items warm.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil and cook back bacon and sausages for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
  3. Transfer bacon and sausages to the oven to stay warm.
  4. In the skillet, sauté halved tomatoes and mushrooms for 4-5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper, then place in the oven.
  5. Reduce heat, crack in fresh eggs, and fry sunny-side up for 3-4 minutes until the whites are set.
  6. Toast thick slices of bread to desired crispiness, optionally frying in butter or oil.
  7. Assemble the breakfast on a warm plate, arranging bacon, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, eggs, and toast.
  8. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
