Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and rub with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and sear the salmon for about 3 minutes until a crust forms.
  3. Flip the salmon fillets to skin-side down and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic; let simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Return to heat briefly to thicken.
  6. Spoon the honey butter sauce over the salmon and cook for 3-5 minutes, basting frequently.
  7. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with parsley, lemon wedges, and sesame seeds.
