Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, coat well, cover, and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
  4. Whisk together minced garlic, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the garlic sauce.
  5. Warm pita bread, assemble wraps with sliced chicken, vegetables, and garlic sauce, then roll tightly.
