- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the meatballs in batches.
Gravy Preparation
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté sliced onions over medium heat until soft.
- Add garlic powder and flour, stirring constantly to form a roux.
- Slowly pour in beef broth while stirring to prevent lumps and bring to a simmer.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before returning meatballs to the skillet.
- Simmer for an additional 8-10 minutes before serving.
