  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup Can substitute with honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Optional
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Optional for a vegan option
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle the sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread sprouts on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Toast pecans in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Combine roasted Brussels sprouts and toasted pecans in the skillet. Drizzle with maple syrup and add cinnamon if desired.
  6. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
