  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be used
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning Homemade blend for classic seafood flavor

For the Biscuit Base
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough Homemade biscuit dough for extra freshness
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Garnish, swap with chives or dill if desired

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the shrimp, crab meat, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the seafood filling onto the center of each biscuit without overfilling.
  5. Bake the melts for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits turn golden brown.
