Preparation Steps

  4. In a skillet, melt butter, add shallots, caramelize, then mix with stuffing ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Lay out crepes, spoon stuffing, place turkey, roll crepes around turkey and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Roll out puff pastry, wrap around turkey and crepes, brush edges with egg wash, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F, score pastry and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
