  • 5 cloves Minced Garlic freshly minced for stronger flavor
  • 1.5 cups Corn Kernels cooked; about 2 ears of fresh corn
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika for smoky flavor
  • 1 cup Half-and-Half or heavy cream for richer sauce
  • 4 oz Feta Cheese crumbled; block feta preferred
For Serving
  • 2 small Limes squeeze for juice and garnish
  • Fresh Cilantro optional for garnish

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Season shrimp with chili powder and salt. Cook shrimp for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions for about 3 minutes until soft. Add minced garlic and stir for another 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in corn kernels and smoked paprika. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to warm through.
  4. Pour in half-and-half, bring to a simmer, and add crumbled feta cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Squeeze lime juice into the sauce. Return shrimp to skillet, toss to reheat for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with additional corn, lime slices, and chopped cilantro.
