Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, pineapple juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves.
  4. Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake for about 1 hour, basting every 20 minutes.
  5. Stage pineapple slices on top 15 minutes before the end of baking, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Continue baking uncovered until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
  7. Let the ham rest for 15-20 minutes before garnishing with fresh herbs and cherries.
