Preparation Steps
  1. In a food processor, combine 8 ounces of room-temperature cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Blend for about 1 minute until smooth.
  2. Slice a French baguette into ½-inch thick pieces and dip the cut side into a few tablespoons of olive oil. Arrange on a baking sheet oil-side-up.
  3. Preheat your broiler to high. Broil the baguette slices for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, watching closely.
  4. Spread a layer of the spiced cream cheese mixture over each toasted slice while still warm.
  5. Layer thin slices of Fuyu persimmons, sprinkle pomegranate seeds, and chopped pecans over the cream cheese spread.
  6. Drizzle any remaining honey over the toasts before serving.
