  • 1 pound andouille sausage or kielbasa

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, combine 4-5 quarts of water with Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, and beer. Bring to a rolling boil and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add halved baby potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. Stir in sliced andouille sausage and corn on the cob, cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Gently fold in the raw, peeled shrimp and snow crab clusters, boiling for 5-7 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
  5. Hard boil eggs separately, covering with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-12 minutes before transferring to an ice bath.
  6. Drain the pot and transfer the seafood and vegetables onto a platter. Drizzle with garlic butter sauce.
  7. Serve family-style, encouraging guests to enjoy together with crusty bread or salad.
